"People accepted me for me.  They didn't judge, didn't stare when I couldn't do a plank for more than 5 seconds, didn't give me dirty looks for being overweight.  It was the first time in my life that I felt like I belonged. Thanks again for suggesting I join this group.”

“The 12 week Transformation Project has brought to me a sense of peace, self-worth, and relief that I can proclaim I have never experienced before.  The group is more than an "exercise group" it's a place of mutual respect and comfort.  Each week, even on our hardest days we all join for an hour twice a week.  It is an hour of time when a group of strangers come together each with our own challenges and needs to find comfort and peace."

“First, I have to say that my experience thus far has been pretty great.  I feel less anxious/depressed and have noticed that I have more energy and better sleep.  I've had therapy without the fitness portion and vice versa but feel like I've had faster/better results with the combination.  The work your team is doing here is very much appreciated and necessary. I am so grateful to be a part of it.  Thank you.”

“I was interested in the Transformation Project because I knew I couldn't make the changes I wanted to make alone.  I had been trying to do it alone for years and things were getting worse, not better.  I know that exercise helps me a lot, but I needed the support of a group and instructor to keep me going.  Going to a gym causes me a lot of anxiety so having a place to go that understood that was huge!  I also was feeling the need for some talk therapy again so this was a great match.”
