Important program information

  • ​All participants must be involved in 1-on-1 counseling at The Well Being for the duration of the program.

  • New (to The Well Being) participants will be required to begin counseling prior to the start of the program.

  • Counseling fees are not included in the cost of the program.

  • Counseling fees are billed separately through insurance or private pay.

  • Consult your healthcare provider prior to starting any new fitness program.
