The Well Being pairs evidence-based therapy with structured movement support.

If you're an adult struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, or burnout and you want a practical approach, not just weekly check-ins, you've found the right place.

How it works

We will contact you to schedule your initial appointment with a therapist. At that visit we will introduce you to the Well Being, and schedule you for a free movement assessment with a personal trainer. You will then have free access to our gym and be able to incorporate movement into your therapy seamlessly. 

(group classes have a small charge and personal training is available)
